As in the case of the C20 mix, if you're using ballast (sand and stone), mix it 5 to 1 with the cement. Ideally stone should be crushed and 15 to 20 mm in size (9/16 to 13/16 inches). Sharp sand should be used, graded from 0 to 5mm. Don't use fine stuff which is really for mortar/plastering.
